In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on the d200m platform. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. d200m reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time and to immediately suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is not satisfied.

2.2 Residency. The d200m platform is operated for players based in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from within Indonesia and that doing so does not violate any law applicable to you personally.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals under legal guardianship or whose accounts have been previously closed for breach of these Terms are not eligible to register.

2.4 Prohibited Jurisdictions. Individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local statute may not register or use d200m. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws. d200m makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction outside its designated market.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active d200m account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through the use of third-party information — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. d200m will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). d200m conducts Know Your Customer verification before processing any withdrawal request. You may be asked to submit a government-issued identity document (e.g., Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport), a selfie with your identity document, and proof of your payment method. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period of the request may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality.

3.5 Account Approval. d200m reserves the right to refuse registration or to close a registered account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Where an account is closed by d200m other than for breach of these Terms, any confirmed real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. d200m accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bank transfer to virtual accounts at BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja; and QRIS instant payment from any QRIS-compatible application.

4.2 Currency. All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No foreign currency conversion is applied within the Platform.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction within the cashier section of your account.

4.4 Processing Times. Deposits are generally credited to your d200m account within minutes of confirmation by your bank or e-wallet provider. E-wallet withdrawals typically clear within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri typically complete within 1–3 hours during standard banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB). Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or system maintenance windows.

4.5 Player-Owned Methods Only. You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts, joint accounts not in your primary name, or anonymous payment services are not permitted and may trigger a security review of your account.

4.6 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your identity has been verified via KYC; (b) the full wagering requirement on any active bonus has been met; (c) the withdrawal amount does not exceed your confirmed real-money balance; and (d) no ongoing security investigation is associated with your account.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All promotions offered by d200m are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified; uncompleted requirements will result in the forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance.

5.3 One Bonus at a Time. Players may not hold more than one active deposit bonus simultaneously. Opting into a new promotion while an existing bonus is pending wagering completion will forfeit the existing bonus balance unless the specific promotion explicitly permits stacking.

5.4 Abuse and Exploitation. d200m reserves the right to void bonus awards, withhold withdrawals, and close accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, using automated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other Players to artificially fulfill wagering requirements.

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. d200m reserves the right to amend the terms of any active promotion, or to withdraw a promotion entirely, at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already opted in and commenced wagering, d200m will honor the promotion on a pro-rata basis at its discretion.

5.6 Seasonal and Cultural Promotions. d200m periodically offers promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural and public holiday periods, including Ramadhan and Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Chinese New Year (Imlek), and other notable dates. These promotions are subject to the same general bonus rules and any additional conditions stated in the specific promotion.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the d200m sportsbook are subject to the platform's current odds and market rules. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. d200m reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected system error, odds manipulation, or unusual betting patterns.

6.2 Settlement. Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as recognized by the applicable governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI/BRI Liga 1 organizers, BWF). In the event of a discrepancy between real-time data feeds and official results, the official result takes precedence.

6.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void — and the stake returned — where: the relevant event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the settlement window; the bet was placed on an incorrect market due to a platform error; or insufficient detail exists to determine the official outcome.

6.4 Casino and Slots Games. All casino table games and slot titles on the d200m platform use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time physical dealing by professional studio operators. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are as certified by each game's developer and are displayed in the game's information panel.

6.5 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, the game will resume from the point of disconnection where the game provider's system supports this. Where a game cannot be resumed, the bet will be settled in accordance with the game provider's published disconnection policy. d200m is not responsible for network interruptions caused by your internet service provider or device.

6.6 Maximum Winnings. d200m may impose a maximum payout cap per event, per day, or per product category. Where applicable, these limits are displayed within the relevant game or sportsbook market interface. Winnings exceeding the applicable cap will be settled at the cap value.

7.1 Player Tools. d200m provides all account holders with access to a suite of responsible gaming tools, including: deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly); session time reminders; reality check notifications; cool-off periods (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days); and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from within your account dashboard at any time.

7.2 Self-Exclusion. If you wish to permanently exclude yourself from the d200m platform, you may request self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Once a permanent self-exclusion is applied, it is irreversible. Any real-money balance at the time of exclusion will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification.

7.3 Mandatory Restrictions. d200m reserves the right to impose account restrictions, including deposit limits and temporary suspension, on any account where our team has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player may be experiencing problem gambling behaviors. Such restrictions may be applied without prior notice and in accordance with our duty of care obligations.

7.4 Support Resources. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the d200m platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

1. Fraudulent activity: Including the use of stolen payment methods, falsified identity documents, unauthorized chargebacks, or any other form of financial fraud directed at d200m or its payment providers.
2. Collusion: Coordinating with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip-dumping in poker-style games, match-fixing in sportsbook markets, or sharing real-time game information in live dealer environments.
3. Automated play: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with casino games, or circumvent the Platform's security measures.
4. Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim promotions more than once, structuring bets to artificially fulfill wagering requirements with minimal risk, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
5. Money laundering: Using the d200m platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of illicit money. d200m complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
6. Technical exploitation: Attempting to identify and exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to generate winnings that would not occur under normal game conditions. Winnings generated through exploitation will be voided.
7. Harassment: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communications toward d200m staff or other Platform users via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

9.1 Platform Ownership. All content, design elements, software code, trademarks, logos, and game assets displayed on the d200m platform are the intellectual property of d200m or its licensed game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe), and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from d200m.

9.3 User-Submitted Content. Where the Platform permits you to submit content (such as support ticket messages or feedback), you grant d200m a royalty-free license to use that content for the purposes of providing and improving the service. You warrant that any content you submit does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

10.1 Data Collection. d200m collects personal data from Players in connection with account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, customer support, and responsible gaming compliance. The types of data collected include name, date of birth, residential address, contact details, payment method information, and gameplay activity logs.

10.2 Data Use. Your personal data is used for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, conducting identity verification, complying with applicable legal obligations, preventing fraud and money laundering, and delivering relevant promotional communications (where you have consented to receive them).

10.3 Data Protection. All data transmitted between your device and the d200m platform is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. d200m does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with licensed game providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies only to the extent necessary for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable obligations.

11.1 No Warranty. The d200m platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. d200m makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. d200m does not warrant that the Platform will meet your individual requirements.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, d200m shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of earnings, loss of data, or emotional distress, even if d200m has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 Maximum Liability Cap. Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, d200m's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Force Majeure. d200m shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of nature, government actions, internet service disruptions, cyber-attacks, or bank system outages affecting payment processing in Indonesia.

12.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your d200m account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any confirmed real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds and any amounts subject to an active security review) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

12.2 Closure by d200m. d200m reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) d200m has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) applicable law or a regulatory requirement necessitates the closure; or (d) d200m decides to cease offering services to players in a particular jurisdiction.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon closure of your account for breach of these Terms, d200m reserves the right to forfeit your entire account balance, including real-money funds, where the breach involves fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or money laundering. In all other cases, confirmed real-money balances will be returned as described in clause 12.1.

13.1 Right to Amend. d200m reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at d200m.asia/terms-conditions and will display the effective date at the top of the document.

13.2 Notification. Where a material change is made to these Terms, d200m will notify registered Players via email to the address on file or via an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to ensure that your registered email address is current and that you review notifications from d200m promptly.

13.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the d200m platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with clause 12.1.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which d200m is licensed and incorporated. Players located in Indonesia acknowledge that online gaming regulations in Indonesia are subject to change and agree to remain compliant with any applicable local obligations.

14.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and d200m, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. d200m is committed to resolving player disputes promptly and fairly, and the majority of issues can be resolved at this stage without formal proceedings.

14.3 Formal Dispute Process. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of your initial written notice to d200m, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

14.4 No Class Actions. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective proceeding, or representative action against d200m.
